Hi Everyone:

There's still time to get your favourite recipe posted here. Simply send it to me at pclark@reporters.net and I'll be sure to post it!

Here's one for today!

Oreo Cookie Balls

(Leanne Clark)

1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1 (8 0z.) package cream cheese (softened)
1 pkg. white chocolate chips

Crush the entire package of Oreos (try a food processor or use a LARGE zip lock baggie and crush)

Mix the softened cream cheese into the cookie mixture. Just drop it in the bag and keep 'mushing'.

Form into balls, about 1 inch, and put them in the freezer to harden a bit.

Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. (Use any white chocolate but the white chocolate 'blocks' from the store work well.

Remove balls from freezer place on wax paper then either drizzle the white chocolate over balls or dip them into the white chocolate.
Refrigerate.

Keep refrigerated.

Leanne says: “MMMMMMMM good and RICH! I've never made these but they're supposed to be really good. Wonder how they'd be with the new mint Oreos?”

Have you tried any of our recipes? Let us know.

Till next time,

Pollie
