Hi:

As you can see, recipes are few and far between now.

Here's two more though and you can also send yours to me at

Pigs In a Blanket

(Bernice Walker)

First make bread dough or use your favourite frozen or canned dough.
Boil small (breakfast) sausage.
Once your bread dough has risen once, punch down and roll out.
Cut into small triangles.
Put sausage on the triangle and roll around the sausage.
Cook in oven until golden brown.

Can be made ahead and frozen.

Bernice says: "This is a good snack for Christmas eve."

Hot Chocolate

(Denise McLean)

4 Liters Homogenized Milk
1 Liter Heavy Cream
1 Bag Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Bag Milk Chocolate Chips

Heat milk to simmering, add chocolate chips to taste. Stir constantly until melted.
Add more or less chocolate depending on personal preference.

Serve in mugs, topped with a dollop of whip cream, shaved chocolate and a cinnamon stick.

Denise says: “Sounds yummy!!”

Talk to you soon,

Pollie
