Pollie Ponders...Again

Time is flying even faster back at home I think.

We are now back in Thessalon with Jenny and the boys so life is pretty busy. I still haven't even fully unpacked!

Every so often little reminders of Mexico come back to me. Our first night home we had tacos but they were kind of blah (Fernando would like to hear that maybe!) No guacamole. No refried beans. No HOT salsa. What kind of tacos is that?


I think I shall go on a mission to find some really good, really genuine Mexican recipes. Courteny is supposed to get one from Angie for me--I think that one might be for tacos.

There is also a fruit water I need to try make. Blend a pineapple with water--like 3 or 4 liters of water maybe....add some sugar to sweeten (and maybe even some walnuts and cranberries?) and then drink at your leisure....anyone ever made it? It really is good and refreshing.

And finally, here we are eating some nachos for lunch....it's not a real colourful photo but the nachos were pretty good!
