Hello everyone:

Here's today's recipe!

Ham Log or Ball

(Kim Ridley)

1 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
1 can flakes of ham
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tbs. lemon juice
1 green onion, finely chopped
pinch of black pepper
chopped parsley

Blend together all ingredients except parsley. Form into a log or ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill until firm. Before serving, roll in chopped parsley.
Serve with an assortment of crackers.


Kim says: "I just love this recipe--I got it from Al's mom. I sometimes roll the ball in grated cheddar cheese instead of parsley....yummy..."
